At Pathway Church we have a team of volunteers who serve our church family by overseeing all the financial and legal aspects of our ministry. Their responsibilities include:
- Creating budgets
- Overseeing Staff compensation and benefits
- Funding and protecting the vision and programs of our church

Update: Feb 12th, 2020
As of today Karen Mann has transitioned off our Pathway Board of Directors. She has completed her commitment to serve on our Board and has contributed in a huge way during her time with us. Karen was able to use her HR expertise to develop a comprehensive staff policy manual which will benefit our church organization for years to come. Thank you Karen for serving our church family behind the scenes!
We have two new directors joining our board effective immediately. Tracey-Ann Van Brenk and Chad Cook will be joining our team as we enter into this New Year and Decade. Tracey-Ann has a heart for pastoral care and will be helping us develop policies to promote health within our staff team so they can continue to lead our church well for years to come. Chad’s organizational and management skills will be a huge asset to our team as we take our next steps as a growing ministry.
